despite the fact that I got hit by a car and my face is still in a lot of pain, and the fact I’ll probably have knee pains for the rest of my life i’m probably the happiest i’ve ever been. it’s so awesome how all of my friends and people i’ve never even met came together and donated money to help me get something I really needed. I couldn’t have picked a better group of people to surround myself with.

My really good friend just got in a bad bike accident last night. He was hit by a cop an was rushed to the ER. Everything ended up being fine with him, just a bad bump on his head and some cuts, but his bike was destroyed. He is hoping to get some compensation from the police, and we are doing this fundraiser for him. We normally wouldn’t make such a big deal about it, but he has Crohns disease which made it difficult for him to keep jobs, and the bike was his only form of transportation. So he has no way to buy a bike besides the comp from the officers and our fund raiser. The rest of the money donated will go towards medical bills. Anything and everything helps!
